A Note to Our Community

As many of you may have heard, the Leigh Sawmill Cafe is currently on the market.

For now, it’s business as usual, and we’re incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from our community, guests, musicians, and event organisers who continue to make this place so special.

While the future of the venue evolves, we’re currently unable to confirm bookings, weddings, functions, or events more than 3–4 months in advance. We understand this may be disappointing for some planning ahead, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Booking your function with us at the Leigh Sawmill Cafe will include all of the following:

Exclusive use of our unique venue spaces
Choose from our garden area, Courtyard area, Mezzanine area - which also includes a garden area, or our upstairs Conference - room perfect for work gatherings.
Otherwise you can book our whole venue out. See Below for photos of each section

Customisable catering options
We can help you create tailored menus featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that suit your budget. Options for Buffet style or Plated meals to suit your preferences.

Use of all furniture this includes cutlery, plating, and all glassware - with your choice of table and seating arrangements. BYO decorations

Event Coordination
Dedicated event coordinator to assist you with planning. On site front of house and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation throughout your event.

Fully Stocked Licensed Bar
Run a bar tab with limited alcohol or the full range, or, an open bar where guests pay as they go.

Use of our P.A systems & Entertainment
With assistance from our event coordinator we can help you find the right entertainment to hire for your function ( at additional cost )
